NOTICE: If you are confused about any rules, contact a staff member. These are not open to your own interpretation, and will be enforced at an admin's discretion Any offences caused by your own confusion will be punished as normal.

 

The contents of these rules are based off of common sense. Any ignorance of the rules will not be tolerated. Attempting to find loopholes within this document will lead to further punishment.

 

Section 1 - General Rules

 

1.1 Server Harm - You must not under any circumstances cause any harm to the server. This includes using any exploits.

 

1.2 Advertising  - Advertising of other gaming communities is not permitted.

 

1.3 Cheating - Use of third party modifications is not permitted. Any form of cheating will see you permanently removed from the community.

 

1.4 Jail - You may not role play or leave the server whilst you have been jailed by an administrator.

 

1.5 OOC - English is the only language permitted in OOC.

 

1.5.1 Links - No third party links are allowed to be shared in OOC.

 

1.6 Disrespectful conduct - Players should not offend or disrespect any person, community, race, religion, or institution. Any content that is considered distasteful or immoral is subject to this rule.

 

1.7 Roleplay names - Please try to carry an actual RP name. We do not tolerate "CoD names". E.g xXProxPlayerXx. RP names should not be offensive to anyone.

 

1.8 Scamming - You may not scam a player for their money in any way.

 

1.9 Disconnecting - You cannot disconnect from the server to avoid an Administration Sit or punishment (LTA).

 

1.10 Private information - Revealing any information to users that could pin point the identity of someone is punishable.

 

1.11 Exploits - If you discover a bug that could be potentially exploited for personal gain (item duping, duping cash etc) you should immediately report it to a staff member. You may not publicly post about such bugs as it may lead to further exploitation of the system and will lead to severe punishment.

 

1.12 Impersonation - You may not deliberately impersonate another player or member of staff.

 

Section 2 - General Roleplay Rules

 

2.1 RDM - Do not randomly kill or damage a player. You must have a valid role play reason to do so.

 

2.2 NLR - Do not return to your place of death for 3 minutes. You are also not allowed to use any previous information from your past life in your new one (excluding knowing your friends and the location of your base).

 

2.3 FailRP - You must act in a realistic manner at all times. This includes acting out how your job would typically perform in real life.

 

2.4 FearRP - When your character's life is taken into a threatening situation you must not risk your life. This typically applies to kidnapping and mugging. If you are  equipped with a gun on your hot-bar, you may protect yourself .

 

2.5 Metagaming -You must not use information that your role play character would not otherwise have access to. E.g Any information in OOC (out of character chat).

 

2.6 Demotions - Demotions must carry a valid RP reason. You can demote a player for a rulebreak if there is no staff online.

 

2.7 Props - Props must only be used for the purpose of building. They must only be placed in a property you own (hobos, and police building checkpoints exclude from this).

 

2.8 Spawning - Newly spawned players cannot be killed or arrested. They are to also not take part in any RP.

 

2.9 Mugging/kidnapping  - Jobs that are permitted to mug/kidnap must only do so in realistic areas (e.g an alleyway). The max any job can mug for is $5000 in game currency.

 

2.10 Content - Content should not be offensive or sexual. Sprays must not be spammed.

 

2.11 Cooldown - After performing a raid/kidnap/mug you must wait 10 minutes before you can perform the same action on the same player/property. You cannot perform another mug/kidnap on any other player for 3 minutes.

 

2.12 War - No job is permitted to declare 'war' on any other faction or person(s).

 

2.13 Warning - You may warn anyone if they pose a direct threat to you such as pointing a gun at you or at your base. You must advert at least twice before engaging another player for said reason(s). You may not warn players for unreasonable reasons such as "being a minge" or "mic spam".

 

 

Section 3 -Properties

 

3.1 Fading doors - You can have a maximum of 3 entrance/exit fading doors in one property. Extra fading doors can be used to guard entities. Fading doors must open for a minimum of 3 seconds and must carry no initial delay. Fading doors used as a passage way cannot be controlled by a button, thus needing to be controlled by a keypad.

 

3.2 Keypads - There must be a keypad on either side of a fading door to ensure a player can have direct passage through a base. You cannot make false/duplicate keypads and keypads must be in the close vicinity of the fading door, You cannot place any hidden keypads to prevent the raiders gaining access to your entities/property.

 

3.3 Movement - Players must be able to move through the entire base while standing up, and must not need to jump/crouch to gain entry.

3.4 Raider defence rule (RDR) - Raiders must not face an unfair advantage when raiding. They must always be able to shoot back. Small hitboxes are not permitted. One way props are permitted, as long as you are not able to shoot through them (e.g a fence). Any form of mazes are not permitted & you can not fading door a bridge.

 

3.5 Building Signs - If a building sign is placed on a base it forbids any raiders to gain entry. If any F4 entities are inside a base it is no longer classes as ‘Building’. A building sign must be in clear view for people to see.

 

3.6 Roads - Hobos are the only job permitted to build on the road.
      3.6.1 Roads - CPs are permitted to build on the road if they are building a checkpoint.

              3.6.2 Roads - Should a gang be claiming a territory they may build on the road to cordon it off.

 

3.7 No-collide - Props must not be no collided to give an advantage to any player. No-colliding is strictly to be used while building.

 

3.8 Trespassing - Owners of properties must warn trespassers to leave unless they have a ‘KOS Sign’. KOS if guns\raiding tools out or loitering signs are not allowed.

3.9 Door Ownership - You must only buy a door if you are going to utilise the property it is connected to.

 

3.10 Fountain - You cannot build near the fountain regardless of what job you are. This is to reduce lag.

 

3.11 Territory - Gangs are allowed to cordon off certain parts of the map (should they not be leading to any major locations). Rule 3.9 is is still in effect when claiming territory.



Section 4 - Raiding

 

4.1 Raid timer - When raiding a base that contains F4 entities you may stay in the base to camp printers or meth for a maximum of 30 minutes. If there are no entities in the base you have 3 minutes to finish your raid. After finishing a raid you cannot raid the same base again for 10 minutes.
 

4.2 PD Raids - The PD can be raided by Gangsters or Terrorists. Gangster can only do so if they are breaking a friend out of jail and must leave immediately once their gang members are out you are not allowed to camp the PD. Terrorists must have a reason to break in E.g They disagree with the mayors laws, or think they are being discriminated.

 

No one is permitted to build or barricade in the PD except for the government members (Mayor ,Swats ,Police).

 

4.3 Minge raid - If you can clearly see there are no entities or anything valuable inside a base you cannot raid it.  


 

Section 5 - Jobs

 

5.1 Civil Protection 

All arrests must be from a law break. You cannot arrest someone if they are not breaking a law.

You are not allowed to be corrupt, you serve and protect the citizens of the city.

You must destroy all illegal items you find. You cannot keep them.

You must have evidence that someone is committing a crime to warrant them.

You can only weapon check people if you have asked them beforehand (this excludes if they are in the PD).

You can warrant a home for the sound of printers or the cooking of meth.

You are allowed to build checkpoints, however they must be able to allow safe passage for a vehicle.

You cannot own any personal property.

You cannot enter a base without consent from the owner or an active warrant.

You cannot randomly stun stick people.

S.W.A.T is separate to cops. Cops do not command S.W.A.T members.

 

5.2 Gangsters/Mob Boss

You are the lowest class of crime.

You can mug.

You can raid the PD with a Mob Boss to break fellow gang members out.

You can kidnap anyone.

You can only base with: Gangsters, Mob Boss, Drug Dealers, Bodyguards, Medics.

You can only raid/mug/kidnap if you have another gang member with you.

 

5.3 Thief/Master Thief/Parkour

You can solo raid and mug.

You cannot raid the PD.

You can only base with: Thieves, Master Thieves, Parkours, Hackers.

You cannot kidnap.

 

5.4 Medics

Medics cannot deny anyone health care.

You cannot raid.

You can build small stands on the street to perform your duty.

You can base with anyone, however you can only heal. You cannot assist with defences/raids.

 

5.5 Gun Dealer\Special Arms Dealer

You can sell to anyone.

You cannot raid or mug.

Do not self supply weapons for yourself.

You can only base with Bodyguards and other gun dealers.

You cannot build a shop or a small stand in spawn.

 

5.6 Hobo

You can only build on roads/pavements.

You cannot build in between thoroughfares.

You cannot build in spawn.

Do not build unrealistic/inappropriate structures.

You can only base with other Hobos.

You cannot claim an area.

You can only use a pistol or a melee weapon.

You cannot mic spam.

 

5.7 Mayor

You may only own a handgun for self defence.

Do not make laws that contradict the default laws.

You cannot enforce the laws.

Do not make unreasonable laws (e.g “You cannot walk on the road”, or “every citizen must pay $300 tax to the mayor”).

You can own your own house (only one).

Lockdowns must carry a valid RP reason (e.g Terrorists are raiding PD).

Lockdowns cannot last any longer than 10 minutes.

 

5.8 Mayor’s Daughter

Do as your father says.
You may only base with the Mayor.
You may only use a pistol for self defence.

 

5.9 Secret Service

Your job is to protect the mayor at all costs. Even if it means giving your life!

You cannot enforce the laws.

You cannot take part in any illegal activities

 

5.10 Terrorist/terrorist leader

You may raid the PD providing you have a valid RP reason to do so.

You are allowed to kidnap anyone.

Do not kill innocent civilians, unless they are causing you hassle.

You can only base with other terrorists.

You can only raid the PD, not normal bases/stores.

You cannot create "terror".

You are not allowed to raid PD or kidnap alone. You need to have atleast 1 more terrorist with you.

You are not allowed to raid the PD if there is no mayor.

Terrorists may camp inside the PD for a maximum of 30min.

 

5.11 Hitman/Pro-Hitman

You can only work with other hitmen.

You can raid a base to gain access to your target - When raiding a base you are not  permitted to camp it or steal personal belongings (such as printers and meth)

You cannot base with anyone else. However you can make a small stand/base to promote your services.

The max you can charge for a hit is £8,000.

You can not accept hits on staff while they're on duty.

 

5.12 DJs

Do not play inappropriate music (e.g Sex noises or ear rape).

You can play music in public.

You can only base with other DJs.

 

5.15 Drug Dealers

Your job is to make money selling meth to the addicts.

You cannot raid.

You can base with other drug dealers, gangsters, bodyguards and medics.

 

5.16 Bank Manager

Your job is to store people’s printers legally.

Police cannot raid/arrest you for doing your job.

You can take a maximum of 30% of each printer's output. The remainder MUST go back to the owner.

You can only base with other Bank Managers and Bodyguards.

 

5.17 Hacker

You can raid with anyone except from Civil Protection members.

You can be hired by anyone in the "criminals" category except mercenaries.

You can only raid when being hired. You cannot raid by yourself.

 

 

5.18 Security guard
Your job is to protect property for a fee.
You can be hired by anyone except from the mayor and the bank manager.
You do not enforce laws.

 

5.19 Mercenary Veteran/Mercenary

You can be hired by anyone apart from CPs, hackers, other mercenaries, and terrorists.

You may only build a small base or stand to promote your services.

You can't solo raid/Mug/Kidnap.

You're not allowed to own printers.

You can't base with anyone.

You can't hire a hacker or other mercenaries.

 

5.20 Combat Medic

You can only base with Gangsters.

You can't Mug/Kidnap.

You can't solo raid.

You can't own printers.

You're only allowed to heal your gang.

 

5.21 Bloodz & Cripz

If a member enters an opposing gang's turf they can be killed on sight.

Owning turf does not mean you own all the buildings in the area. Other players can still base in these areas.

You can mug.

You can raid the PD with two other members of your gang, to break out another member.

You can kidnap anyone.

You can only base with: Gangsters, Mob Boss, Drug Dealers, Bodyguards, Medics, and a member of your gang.

Bloodz & Cripz can not base/team with each other.

You can only raid/mug/kidnap if you have another gang member with you.

Your job is to help the police enforce the law.

You must have the mayor’s permission to enforce any laws.

You can raid.

Providing you are not working for the police, you can set up a base and print.

 

5.18 Bank security Guard

Your job is to protect the bank at all costs.

You do not enforce laws.

 

5.20 Bodyguards

You are hired by people to protect them or their stores.

You can base with anyone except from Civil Protection members.

 

5.21 Master Chief

You are apart of the S.W.A.T. Help them with raids and help enforce the laws.  

 

Custom Jobs

 

5.21 Luke Skywalker - Mordecai The Blue Jay
You can raid, mug and print.
You can base with anyone (providing their job allows them to) excluding anyone helping the law.

 

5.22 Helghast Military Commander - Crimson L

You can raid, mug, and print.

You can base with anyone (providing their job allows them to) excluding anyone helping the law.

 

5.19 Military Police

You're permitted to build a FOB (Field Operational Base.)

You have authority to overthrow the government by any means if they breach human rights.

You may assist in regular Police duties but are not required to.

Warning for unreasonable things such as mic spamming or being a minge is not acceptable and will be classed as 2.1 RDM.
